Questions about Actions

What is a Sabiya Action?

An Action is how Sabiya counts the work it does for you. A customer chat of up to 10 AI replies uses 1 Action, and a question to Advisor uses 1 Action. Your plan's monthly Actions are shared by Connect, Advisor and Workshop.

How many Actions does each plan include?

Starter includes 150, Grow includes 500 and Scale includes 1,000 Actions a month. Enterprise allowances are agreed with you.

What happens when I run out of Actions?

You still get every lead. Your website chat switches to a simple contact form, and Instagram and Messenger send one automatic reply and put the message in your inbox. Chats already under way carry on until they go quiet for 30 minutes (2 hours at most). Advisor and Workshop pause until you top up or your Actions reset.

Do unused Actions roll over?

Your plan's Actions reset on the 1st of each month. Top-up packs carry over and last 12 months, and are used after your plan's Actions, the one that expires soonest first. Unused packs end if you cancel.

How much does a top-up cost?

A pack of 100 Actions costs A$45 + GST. Owners and admins can buy 1 to 5 packs at a time from the billing page. Auto top-up is optional: it buys a pack when 10 or fewer Actions are left, up to a monthly limit you choose (1 to 10 packs, 3 to start).

Does reading photos or documents use Actions?

Only when "AI can read photos" is on. Reading uses 1 Action per 2 files, and never more than 1 Action in a chat, however many files are sent. Viewing and storing files is free.

Who gets told when Actions run low?

Owners and admins get an alert in the app and by email at 80%, and another email at 95% with a button to buy 100 more Actions or upgrade.

Can I buy more Actions on the free trial?

The 14-day trial includes 100 Actions and every Grow feature, and your first Rank audit is free. Packs aren't on sale during the trial: choose a plan to get more.

Can Sabiya change what a job uses?

We can lower what a job uses at any time, and we give you at least 30 days' notice before any job uses more.
