- Ensuring information you provide is accurate
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- Some features may require a paid subscription
- Pricing, tiers, and seat limits are or will be described on our pricing page
- Where applicable, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- Payments are handled by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

We do not claim ownership over your business data.

8. Termination

- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabiya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
